Thank you to Marsha Lopas, Linda Hill, and many others who worked very hard organizing our Howdy Party. Thank you also to Claude and Becky Lindsey, who hosted the event. The party was a great success. I can assure you no one got cold!
We were happy to have the Greater Waco A&M Club participate with us in the Howdy Party. Eight scholarships were presented to very deserving Aggie students--Laura Ehlers, Tyler Fadal, Melissa Lopas, Lindsey North, Marsha Palasota, Matthew Thigpen, Brooke Valis, and Jennifer Vuia. Thanks to Kim Deal for coordinating the scholarships. Finally, thanks to all the moms (and dads) who helped by working registration tables, bringing food, serving food, or selling boutique items. It takes a lot of help form everyone to have this great event, so thank you again!
It's such a treat to see the scholarship recipients and the new and current students. They are the reason for our club. This year we were privileged to have three yell leaders and the new Student Body President, Jacob Robinson. It was a great evening.
